@Phil David Morris 2011: 27 years ago I drove a Rixe R 503 .... not more than only 25 Km/h highspeed (I was not good by tuning), but the loudest vehicle in my county. Good that this is be a part of the past. But this was a cool time...and our dream was a Yamaha XT 500. The Kids there have the same dreams now...not for the old XT, but for KTM and are driving old Peugeot mopeds.

I discovered motorcycles in the early '70. A couple of years later, like you I had the dream of a Yamaha XT 500. I finally bought a '88 model one a few years ago. It's a real pleasure in our Provence...
